With extensive experience in the cruise industry, Ro/Pax ferries, and as a Master on work boats, Benjamin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He holds a B.Sc. in Nautical Science and a B.B.S. (Hons) in Global Business, along with a Master Mariner Unlimited Class II/2.

With over 11 years of extensive experience in the marine industry, Ann has developed a deep specialization in shipbuilding, ship repairs, logistics, and marine surveys. Her core expertise lies in hull and outfit fabrication and assembly, complemented by a strong ability to provide technical support and interpret complex engineering drawings and design specifications. Ann is highly skilled in conducting dry dock inspections, ranging from detailed compartment and tank surveys to specialized hatch cover inspections.

Romain is an experienced Marine Surveyor with a decade of experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas sector. He holds an OOW with Unlimited CoC and a B.Sc. in Nautical Science. Romain has served in various capacities including 1st Officer, 2nd Officer, SDPO, and DPO on vessels such as Heavy Lift DP3, Pipelayer DP3, Platform Supply Vessels, VLCCs, Product Tankers, and Container Ships. Romain’s extensive experience in offshore operations ensures precise and thorough marine surveys, enhancing the safety and efficiency of maritime operations.

Gerard brings a powerful leadership presence and a genuine passion for mentoring and developing those around him.

Capt. Denis O’Donnell has over 15 years of maritime experience having sailed as Master of Large LNG tankers. Denis has worked for some of the largest shipping companies in the world and this has set his high standards in the maritime space.
He has operational experience in both the bulk liquid and dry markets in a worldwide setting. More recent shore experience in the marine consultancy, auditing and training as well as marine assurance roles has him well placed to respond to any maritime needs across a wider variety of vessel types and areas.
